Remote Work: Driving Growth and Here to Stay
The pandemic and shift to remote work has been the catalyst of significant growth in our industry. Businesses are searching for ways to adapt their cultures and keep everyone connected in a remote environment.
Remote work is here to stay. Companies that don’t at least allow the option for employees to work from home will be left in the dust from a recruiting perspective. I don’t think working from offices will ever die but we’ll see a hybrid approach to work and people will be empowered with how, when, and where they work.
